The invention relates to a guidance system with the features of the preamble of claim 1.
Furthermore, a piece of furniture with a guide system according to the invention is to be specified.
Guide systems of the type mentioned at the outset already belong to the prior art and are shown, for example, in EP 2 740 870 A1. Guide systems of this type are able to move furniture parts arranged thereon, for example in the form of folding doors or folding sliding doors, between an open position and a closed position and to compensate for any height play that occurs when moving a piece of furniture. This height play acts as a height difference between the movable furniture part and the furniture body as soon as it moves from the closed position into an open position. This height play is necessary, for example, in order to. B. doors or sliding doors or double doors, which are arranged movably on the furniture body or the like, to adjust or to achieve higher degrees of freedom for moving the movable furniture part. For example, movable furniture parts in the closed position must be able to enter a furniture body without collision and / or have a uniform gap pattern to other movable furniture parts or the furniture body. The movable furniture parts must therefore have a correct positioning in the closed position of the furniture (e.g. if all doors, folding doors or folding sliding doors are closed), which is done in the prior art by means of centering devices directly in the hinges. In the closed position, the movable furniture part is brought into the desired position by the hinge via these centering devices. The hinge cup arranged in the hinge has inclined centering surfaces which contact the arm of the hinge during the closing movement and thus center it or bring it into the desired position without any play in height. The centering is done by a direct contact between the hinge arm and the
Hinged pot on relatively small centering surfaces. The entire weight of the movable furniture parts acts on these surfaces. After opening and closing the furniture parts often, it can occur that problems arise due to the small centering surfaces and the relatively high surface pressure on these small surfaces
2/25 can. These problems include surface damage to the centering surfaces, which, for. B. can occur solely due to the friction between the arm and the centering surfaces and also due to the friction in combination with contaminants such as dust or metal abrasion. This surface damage can subsequently lead to restrictions in the mobility or the smooth running of the hinge and subsequently, for example when the hinge is blocked in motion, can also damage the entire piece of furniture. In addition, the frictional contact of the centering surfaces can produce a disturbing noise. With increasing wear of these surfaces, the setting of the gap dimension becomes increasingly poor.
The object of the invention is to avoid the disadvantages described above and to provide an improved guide system compared to the prior art and a piece of furniture with such a guide system.
This is achieved in the guide system according to the invention by the features of the characterizing part of claim 1 or in the case of furniture with a guide system according to the invention by the features of claim 13.
If the at least one carrier has a receiving device for receiving the guide device and the carrier can be moved in the installed position into a transfer position into which the receiving device is adjacent
Longitudinal guide rail is arranged, and a compensating device for compensating for a height difference between the receiving device and the longitudinal guide rail is provided, the height difference or the height play is compensated for by solid components and not by small-sized centering surfaces on a hinge cup. The weight of the movable furniture part is distributed over a larger area and also does not have to be redirected over inclined surfaces, as is the case with the centering surfaces. In the guide system according to the invention, the main load is thus given to elements which have already been worked out very solidly and which have a supporting function and are not intended for the task of pivoting the movable furniture part between two positions, as is the case with a concealed hinge. In other words: lifting or compensating for the height difference is done directly via
3/25 load-bearing components of the guide system and not indirectly via the movement on the hinges. These guiding systems are formed by rails or profiles which, due to their task, are more dimensioned than, for example, hinges. Furthermore, a guide device moves on these rails, which is mounted on rollers, for example, and can be made more solid than a concealed hinge. This design of the entire guide system ensures a longer service life, higher stability, higher reliability and smooth and quiet movement.
Further details and advantages of the present invention are given on the basis of the features of the subclaims.
Further details and advantages of the present invention are explained in more detail below with reference to the description of the figures and with reference to the exemplary embodiments illustrated in the drawings. In it show:
1a-1c different positions of the movable furniture part on the furniture body,
2 furniture with opened door panels shortly before transfer position,
3 detailed view of FIG. 2,
4 guidance system shown in simplified form,
5 guide device on longitudinal guide rail,
6 schematic representation - guide system and movable furniture parts,

8 detailed view from FIG. 7.
1a shows a guide system 1 for guiding a movably mounted furniture part 3, in particular a folding or folding sliding door, comprising a longitudinal guide rail 9 arranged in the upper region of the furniture 37, at least one
Guide device 10, via which the furniture part 3 can be moved in a longitudinal direction L along the longitudinal guide rail 9.
Furthermore, the guide system 1 has a carrier 11 which is provided for receiving the guide device 10 as soon as it is in the open position of the door leaf
4.25
3a, 3b is brought (see Fig. 1b). On the support 11 or in the area below the support, the furniture part 3 is also articulated via fittings 18 (see FIG. 6), the support 11 being displaceable in a direction Z running transversely to the longitudinal direction L of the longitudinal guide rail 9. This is shown in Figure 1c.
The furniture 37 has a furniture body 36 which is stationary during operation and at least two mounted furniture parts 3 which can be moved relative to the furniture body 36, in particular door leaves 3a, 3b of a folding or folding sliding door. These are connected to one another in an articulated manner via a vertical axis of rotation 5a (see FIG. 2). The at least two furniture parts 3 or in other words the door leaves 3a,
3b can be moved by the guide system 1 between a first position, in which the door leaves 3a, 3b are essentially coplanar with one another, and a second position, in which the door leaves 3a, 3b are oriented essentially parallel to one another. The parallel alignment is shown in Fig. 1c.
1 a shows the closed position. 1 b shows an open position and FIG. 1 c shows an insertion position in which the at least one movable furniture part 3 has been inserted in an insertion shaft 7 a.
1b, the furniture part 3, in this example formed by two hinged doors 3a, 3b, has already been moved in a longitudinal direction L along the longitudinal guide rail 9 and is located in front of the insertion shaft 7a. The door leaves 3a, 3b are arranged essentially or almost parallel to one another in order to find space in the insertion shaft 7a.
The door leaf 3b or the furniture part 3 is fastened on at least one fitting part 18 about an axis of rotation D on the non-visible column 14. Column 14 is shown in FIG. 6.
The second door leaf 3a is guided along the
Longitudinal guide rail 9 slidably mounted. From the closed position shown in FIG. 1b, the furniture part 3, the two door leaves 3a, 3b, can be pushed into the insertion slot 7a, as shown in FIG. 1c. The
Guide device 10 added in the carrier 11. The guide device 10 is therefore no longer in contact with the longitudinal guide rail 9.
5/25
1 c shows how the furniture part 3 or the door leaf 3a, 3b has been inserted into the insertion shaft 7a via the insertion rails 13b. It is therefore provided that the guide system 1 has at least one insertion rail 13a, 13b, along which the at least one support 11 or a column 14 arranged on the support can be moved in a direction Z running transverse to the longitudinal direction L of the longitudinal guide rail 9. So it is possible to stow the movable furniture parts 3 to save space.
Fig. 2 shows a possible application of a guide system 1 for guiding a furniture part 3, preferably in the form of a first door leaf 3b of a folding door or folding sliding door, the first door leaf 3b being connected to a second door leaf 3a in the installed position via a vertically extending axis 5a. Optionally, at least two further door leaves 4a, 4b can also be provided, which are also pivotally connected to one another via a vertically running axis 5b.
The guide system 1 can be used, for example, as a room division system, so that in a living room a furniture body 6, as shown in FIG. 2, in the form of a kitchen block, an office niche, a storage room, a shelf, etc., is completely covered by the door leaves 3a, 3b, 4a, 4b can be hidden and thus optically separated from the rest of the living area.
The guide system 1 can also be used for cupboard systems, such as a walk-in cupboard. The mode of operation is explained below with the aid of the door leaves 3a and 3b, the same statements being valid for the door leaves 4a, 4b.
Due to the guide system 1, the door leaves 3a, 3b are between a first position, in which the door leaves 3a, 3b are essentially coplanar with one another and thereby cover the furniture body 6, and a second position, in which the door leaves 3a, 3b are substantially parallel are aligned to each other, movable. In this second position, the furniture body 6 is accessible to one person, the two door leaves 3a, 3b being present in a side next to the side wall 8a
6.25
Insert slot 7a can be accommodated in a space-saving manner (the left insert slot 7b for the other door leaves 4a, 4b can be seen more clearly from the drawing).
The guide system 1 comprises a longitudinal guide rail 9 with a longitudinal direction L for guiding the door leaves 3a, 3b. This longitudinal guide rail 9 can, for example, be attached to a ceiling, a room wall or also on a furniture body, preferably parallel to a front side of the furniture body 6.
FIG. 3 shows the area of the guide device 10 shown in FIG. 2 in an enlarged view. The first door leaf 3b is connected to a guide device 10, by means of which the door leaves 3a, 3b are movably mounted along the longitudinal guide rail 9. One can see a carrier 11 separate from the longitudinal guide rail 9 in the form of a movable slide which, in a transfer position in the longitudinal direction L, adjoins the longitudinal guide rail 9 in such a way that the guide device 10 connected to the first door leaf 3a between the longitudinal guide rail 9 and the carrier 11 is transferable back and forth. The guide device 10 can have at least one first roller 15a with a vertical axis of rotation for absorbing lateral forces and at least one second roller 15b with a horizontal axis of rotation for absorbing vertical forces, the rollers 15a, 15b along a longitudinal section L of profile section 9a of the longitudinal guide rail 9 are movably mounted. The carrier 11 also has a receiving device 11a with a cross section, which corresponds to a shape and size of the profile section 9a in cross section, so that the guide device 10 can be transferred back and forth between the longitudinal guide rail 9 and the carrier 11. The carrier 11 can have, for example, at least two guide channels 16a, 16b running in the longitudinal direction L for guiding the rollers 15a, 15b.
The guide device 10, which can be moved linearly along the longitudinal guide rail 9, is still in the transfer position of the carrier 11 shown on the longitudinal guide rail 9. The carrier 11 can be releasably locked in the transfer position with the longitudinal guide rail 9, this locking by moving the guide device 10 in or on the carrier 11 is detachable. After unlocking, the carrier 11 - together with the
7.25
Guide device 10 and the two door leaves 3a, 3b - can be moved in a horizontal direction in a direction Z running transversely, preferably at right angles, to the longitudinal direction L of the longitudinal guide rail 9. The carrier 11 is connected to a vertically extending column 14 which is movable in the Z direction and through a
Drive device 12 can be driven at least in sections in the Z direction. The column 14 can be moved in the Z direction along second insertion rails 13a and 13b, which are spaced apart in the mounting position from the longitudinal guide rail 9 in the height direction.
Fig. 4 shows the longitudinal guide rail 9, which forms a profile section 9a. The at least one roller 15b is movably mounted along this. The roller 15b is a component of the guide device 10, which cannot be seen in FIG. 4. The compensating device 99 is arranged at the end of the longitudinal guide rail 9. This has a running surface 99a, along which the guide device 10 or a roller arranged on the guide device can be moved.
The compensation device 99 is thus formed by a running surface 99a formed obliquely to a profile section 9a running along the longitudinal guide rail 9. Furthermore, it can be seen that the compensating device 99 in a region between the longitudinal guide rail 9 and the carrier 11 and / or the
Receiving device 11a is arranged and that the guide device 10 or its roller 15b between the longitudinal guide rail 9 and the receiving device 11a can be transferred back and forth via the compensating device 99.
The compensation device can also be formed in part by the longitudinal guide rail 9 and in part by the receiving device 11 a. 4 that the compensating device 99 is formed by a part of the receiving device 11a. The receiving device 11a is in turn a component of the carrier 11.
FIG. 5 shows the roller 15b which is designed with a horizontal axis of rotation and which is mounted so as to be movable along the longitudinal guide rail 9 in the profile section 9a. for stabilization, the guide device 10 also has rollers 15a with a
8/25 vertical axis of rotation. Arranged on the guide device 10 is a fitting 18 which is arranged to be movable about the axis of rotation D and which is used to hold the furniture part 3. A piece of furniture arranged on this fitting 18 can thus be pivoted about the axis of rotation D and moved along the longitudinal guide rail 9.
6 schematically shows the structure of the guide system 1 with the furniture part 3, designed as a first door leaf 3b and a second door leaf 3a. The first door leaf 3b is movably arranged on the column 14 by means of fittings 18. The second door leaf 3a is connected to the first door leaf 3b via central hinges 55. The guide device 10, which can be moved in the longitudinal direction L of the longitudinal guide rail 9, is located on the second door leaf 3a. If the door leaves 3a, 3b are pivoted relative to one another, the guide device 10 moves along the longitudinal guide rail 9 on the profile section 9a.
At the end of the longitudinal guide rail 9 and the profile section 9a there is the compensating device 99, which releases the roller 15b at the end of the longitudinal guide rail 9 and allows a certain amount of play in height. This height play or this height difference X is compensated for by the compensation device 99. The compensation device 99 thus achieves a correct seat of the furniture part 3 in the closed position (as shown in FIG. 1 a) by opening the roller 15 b. The gap between the furniture part 3 and, for example, the furniture body 37 is produced by opening the compensating device 99 in the direction of the closed position. In the open position (FIG. 1b) or insertion position (FIG. 1c), this correct positioning of the furniture part 3 or the door leaves 3a, 3b in the correct height is no longer required. The furniture part 3 should have a little play in order to be able to be inserted or set in the slot 7a.
The height difference X arises from the adjustability of the column 14, which is shown by the arrow VH. Furthermore, the furniture part 3 or the first door leaf 3b can also be adjusted in its position by the fitting 18, which is shown by the arrow VS. The central hinge 55 for connecting the two door leaves 3a, 3b is also adjustable, which is shown by the arrow VM. These different
Setting options VM, VS and VH change the height difference X and must
9/25 when moving from the closed position to the open position. In this case, the guide device 10 or the roller 15b arranged thereon can make contact in the open position with the carrier 11 or the receiving device 11a arranged thereon, or can be freely positioned above or in this.
It is therefore provided that the receiving device 11a has a running surface 11b. It can happen that the at least one guide device 10 contacts the tread 11b during positioning in the receiving device 11a or is at a distance from the tread 11b. When returning to the closed position, this height difference X must be overcome by the compensation device 99. The guide device 10 or the at least one roller 15b arranged thereon can move back onto the longitudinal guide rail 9 via the compensating device 99 designed as an inclined profile section 99a or as a ramp, the correct height position and thus the correct gap dimension being achieved.
The compensating device 99 extends over a maximum of one third along the length of the receiving device 11 a, the receiving device 11 a being formed by the carrier 11.
It would also be possible for the compensation device 99 to be arranged on the longitudinal guide rail 9. It can also be seen that the compensating device 99 is formed by a ramp which slopes down from the longitudinal guide rail 9 in the direction of the receiving device 11a.
The at least one roller 15b of the guide device 10 can thus be transferred back and forth between the longitudinal guide rail 9 and the receiving device 11a via this compensating device 99. The carrier 11 and / or the receiving device 11a is arranged on the top of the vertically extending column 14, the furniture part 3, consisting of the first and the second door leaf 3a, 3b, can be moved about the axis of rotation D by at least one fitting part 18 Pillar 14 attached. The guide device 10 is connected to one of the door leaves 3a, 3b and ensures the longitudinal guidance of the door leaves 3a, 3b when pivoting from the open position into the closed position and vice versa.
10/25
Another type of compensation device 99 would be conceivable, for example, by means of a movable flap or rocker which is movably mounted between the two height positions to compensate for the height difference X. Instead of a straight ramp, a curve can also be provided.
Fig. 7 shows the door leaves 3a, 3b in an open position (as in Fig. 1b). The at least one roller 15b of the guide device 10 is arranged in the carrier 11, the carrier 11 thus supports the movable furniture part 3. Before this recording, the roller 15b is transferred from the longitudinal guide rail 9 into the receiving device 11a of the carrier 11 via the compensating device 99.
FIG. 8 shows in detail how the roller 15b is received in the receiving device 11a. If the furniture part 3 or the first and the second door leaves 3a, 3b, as shown in FIG. 7, were moved from this open position into a closed position, the compensation device 99, designed as a ramp, would raise the at least one roller depending on the setting of the clearance X 15b effect or compensate for the raised position already achieved by an adjustment. There is a collision-free return of the guiding device 10 from the receiving device 11a to the compensation device 99
Longitudinal guide rail 9 and its profile section 9a. The height difference X is compensated for by the compensation device 99 designed as a ramp. In addition, the ramp offers a kind of insertion aid for the roller 15b and thus for the
Guide device 10 from the profile section 9a into the receiving device 11a.
